Community organizers

The rich white people's party sure had fun the other night deriding community organizers. They laughed and laughed at someone who would rather serve the greater good than take a job in corporate America. They, especially Rudy "9/11!" Ghouliani and Sarah "Caribou Barbie" Palin, sneered at community organizing and they made it clear how much contempt they have for anyone who does such a job.

I'm sure they hate the following community organizers as well:
Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.,

Sojourner Truth,

Harriet Tubman,

Elizabeth Cady Stanton,

John Brown,
and finally,

Jesus H. Christ.

Imagine what the world would be like now if those people hadn't been community organizers.

Hoax?

I can't tell you how much I despise and do not trust this man:I could care less what he did 16 years ago to help put a Democrat in the White House. He's a lying weasel who should not be trusted because he married that flat chested Republican viper Marty Matalin. Anyone who has soft spot of romantic feelings for that nutty Nazi woman should not be let within 100 miles of a Democratic party Presidential campaign. He'd squeal to her about anything and everything he knows once they get in the torture chamber they call their bedroom.

What's got my boxers in a knot to day about them is that his crazy wife, who is an aide to Darth Cheney and who wants Scooter Libby to be pardoned by the way, has gone on TV and said that the climate change that we are causing is an unscientific hoax.

Umm, Marty, it's the other way around, all the sound science on the matter says that it's not a hoax but that it's real and it's soon to be irreversible. The hoax is that people like you and ExxonMobil and Dick Cheney who all make money off doing things that have caused this climate crisis keep saying it's not happening.
Maybe the guy who sold his soul so he could be on both sides of power all the time should tell his "Precious" that she's wrong and that they had better get on the side of the people on this issue. Oh wait, I forgot, she cut his nuts off the day they married so that she could control him. Maybe that nutty woman thinks the following things are hoaxes too:
  1. Organ transplants.
  2. The moon landing.
  3. Suspension bridges.
  4. Academic achievements by African Americans.
  5. The Weather Channel.

Actually Marty, not that you read my blog anyway but here goes nonetheless, here is a list of things that are hoaxes:

  1. Trickle down economics.
  2. The economic theories of Milton Friedman.
  3. The Bush war on terror.
  4. A permanent Republican majority in Washington DC.
  5. Intelligent Design.
  6. Your husband and his claims that he is a Democratic party insider.

I'd usually say at this point that I hope this clears up all your misunderstandings but since it's you Marty, I know you have a learning disability when it comes to seeing the truth, I'll just say perhaps you ought to shut your mouth about science since it obvious that you have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to matters scientific.

Profiles In Douchebaggery #1

Our Congressman, the Dishonorable David "Douchebag" Davis, not only voted to sustain our idiot in chief's veto on the Iraq war spending bill, he also voted against the recent hate crimes bill.

We've met the elfin Davis back a few weeks ago in a misguided effort to make him see things sanely. He told us that while he does not support the idiot in chief on everything, he would remain steadfast in support of the war on Iraq.

And so for all these reasons, and make no mistake, we're sure there are more, we are proud to make David Davis, the Congressman from Tennessee's 1st Congressional District, the first person profiled in Profiles In Douchebaggery.
UPDATE: We here at Monkey Muck HQ just sent Rep. Davis an email letting him know he won the honor of being the first person profiled in this recurring feature. We'll keep you posted if he gets back to us.

Reaction to the Republicans Debate

We asked a few people to give us their reaction to the Republican debate tonight.

What did you think of the three candidates who said they did not believe in evolution?

Baby Timmy: "It makes me so mad that people who want to lead USA can be so stupid, I could cry. Oh poop I'm crying already."

How do you feel about Sen. McCain's assertion that the war is going well?

Anonymous College Gal: "Is that old bastard even paying attention? My god, people are dying at a faster rate over there now than before the surge."

Bad Hair Guy, what three words do you think describe Tom Tancredo best?

To be fair we also polled the candidates after the debate on a few issues.

Most of you embrace the war on Iraq even after the Iraqis say they want us out and the American people say they want us out. Most everyone says you live in a state of denial, would you agree?

Who is this nation's biggest enemy? People who seek to politicize our government? Those who would deny people their basic human rights? The coporations who seek to make us all their wage slaves? Those who oppose any attempts to stop climate change?

Is that the only enemy we face?

Are you guys serious? Oh, wait, we get it. If they live and remember how badly we bombed their country, killed their loved ones, left them with shoddily rebuilt schools and hospitals, allowed ExxonMobilBPShell to steal their oil, and maimed generations of their countrymen, then they are sure to turn into terrorists who hate us when they grow up.

Finally, will you stop screwing around and listen to the thousands of voices of reason who call for an end to the war on Iraq, for a more equitable economic system, for a national single payer health system for all Americans that has no for profit motive in it? Will you listen to those people who ask for those things?
Well guys, with attitudes like that no wonder this is what most Americans think of you:

Let's give the last word to the current President, Mr. President how did you think your guys did tonight?
Okay, fair enough, any chance that you will bring the troops home and end your wasteful insane war before the election next year?

That's what we thought. It's no wonder we support:

Vote Kucinich in 2008.

Paul's peter and Harry, or The Difference between a Neo-Con and The British Royal Family, or Blowin' in my Wind

Don't let the resemblance to us monkeys fool you, he's no simian. He's no friend of us simians. He's no friend of humans either. What Wolfie is, is a whiny old fart. He got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and his paranoia over helping bring on the war on Iraq makes him cry, "They hate me because I used to be in the Defense Dept. I didn't do anything wrong when I got my main squeeze hired at an outrageous salary. I'm the victim here I tells ya, not all those dead Iraqis I helped kill or those pesky reporters who keep digging up the facts, why in my day we could control the press and make them say what we wanted."

From the AP: WASHINGTON - World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz on Monday decried what he called a "smear campaign" against him and told a special bank panel that he acted in good faith in securing a promotion and pay raise for his girlfriend. He reiterated that he had no plans to resign, and the President gave him a fresh endorsement.
In a prepared statement to the panel, Wolfowitz said the institution's ethics committee had access to all the details surrounding the arrangement involving bank employee Shaha Riza, "if they wanted it."

Nice job Paul, way to go. You learned from the best, your boss bush jr. It's never your fault when you get caught and if the press keeps insisting you did something wrong it's because they're part of the "liberal" conspiracy.

On the other side of the spectrum is youngest son of the late Princess Diana, young Harry. He's not afraid to step up and take responsibility. He could, and may well yet, stay home but nope. He's comitted to serving honorably, even in the misguided war on Iraq that you help get started.

You could learn a thing or two from young Harry's example.

Rush to judgement

It's okay people, feel free to judge Rush harshly after watching this clip. The fat bastard deserves it.
