Fuck you Charter Cable

I'm blogging from my local library because my internet is out again. It's out even after a "technician" said it was fixed. Charter continues to offer intolerable internet service, shitty digital cable, and spotty phone service. I was going to cancel just the digital cable and keep the internet and phone but the fiasco this weekend, we haven't been able to be online for more than 30 minutes in the past two days, has pushed me over the edge. Tomorrow the DSL people will come out and I'll be getting high speed internet and land line phone service from them for less than half of what the assholes at Charter wanted to charge me per month.

I'm packing all of Charter's digital cable boxes, remotes, and their little phone modem up in a box and I'm taking it out to their local office tomorrow. Oh how I wish I could shove it all up the asses of the shitty technicians they employ, the idiot customer service phone people who's first response is to blame the customers, and all the upper management of that dead awful company.

Fuck you Charter Cable. I hope you go bankrupt and go the way of the dinosaurs.

Fuck you Charter Cable

Charter Cable is the worst cable/internet provider in the USA. Their prices are outrageous, their customer 'service' is a joke, and their digital cable rarely works. My two year sentence, wait, I mean contract, no fuck it, I mean prison sentence with them is up next month and when it's over I'm going to shove the digital cable box up the ass of the manager of the local Charter facility near me.

Their customer service people are petty, mean, vindictive twats, which I guess they learn from management at Charter since no one in that shit ass company ever takes responsibility for anything. Their first and only line of defense is to blame us, their customers, the people who pay their fucking salaries, for any and all problems.

I went to their shit-box local office, which by the way, stinks of flop sweat, cheap wine, and Summer's Eve, to pay my bill today. When I asked the harpy behind the counter when my two year sentence with them was up she laughed at first, obviously thinking I was making a joke. When she saw I was dead serious she began to be belligerent. When I told her I was going to cancel my digital cable next month she became even more enraged and her work slowed to a crawl, showing once again that fine Charter Cable training.

As if that wasn't bad enough, when I got home, I found my internet to be running slower, waaaaaaay slower than usual. Hmm, coincidence? Nope. If you slag one of their shit products, they make the rest of their shit package suck too.

I had thought I might keep their internet and phone service, but now I'm going to look into other avenues for both. And I dare any of their internet trolls to read this post and leave a comment. I'll fucking mark you assholes as spam faster than Obama can cave to John Boehner.

FUCK YOU CHARTER CABLE.

The internet referee called a foul

"Internet connection problems. The asswipe who caused them gets a spanking. And five minutes in the penalty box."

I'm back online now but who knows for how long. Charter cable sucks ass.

The rumors of my internet demise have been greatly exaggerated

I've been offline all day, and without digital and regular cable as well, due to a massive fire here in town last night. Apparently nearly a whole city block caught fire and it disrupted cable service city wide. My service went out last night around 11:45 PM last night and it came back on some time after 6 this evening.

The day hasn't been a total waste for me though. I had lunch with my evil twin brother Todd who was up my way because he had to depose a plaintiff in a case he's lawyering on and I went to a local junk shop and picked up some old magazines, comic books, and some pulp paperbacks.

I'll be lurking around and possibly commenting on your blogs later, so you got that going for ya.

Do Not Want

The boneheads at Charter Cable added some new channels to my cable line up and they switched around some existing channels as well. As with most everything Charter Cable does, these moves and additions suck worse than Sarah Palin's wardrobe before the RNC wasted $150,000 on it.

We already had 4 or 5 religious channels and they went and added something like 7 more. We already had TBN, which shows those ghastly women with pink beehive hairdo's crying about how much they love it when Jesus bones them. We had the INSP network as well, which shows programs like Zola Levitt Presents! and the Why The Jews Are Going To Hell Even Though They Are "The Chosen People" Hour of Power Fun Time Happy Show. The others that were foisted on us I usually just flipped past, as I did with the aforementioned shows unless there was something laugh out loud funny on them. I figured shit, that's enough religious shows for any Christian, Jew, or whoever else isn't a Muslim to watch and enjoy or whatever it is those people do with those inane shows. I figured that surely all those shows would be enough to keep the sheep convinced that their bigoted stone age belief systems were still vital and relevant in today's world.

Oh but was I ever wrong. Charter went and dug up a slew of new, excuse the upcoming pun, wholly shitty religious networks. They found a Catholic network, a Baptist network, a Mennonite network, an Amish network, a network devoted to all things Anglican, the Episcopal channel, a Reform Jewish network, an Orthodox Jewish network, and a network for the one group that is hated only slightly less than Muslims, Jews for Jesus. Flipping past this bloc of salvation I saw brief glimpses of people in leisure suits imploring me to turn my life to Jesus, to Moses, to the Pope, and to someone named Azroth the Blighted One. I saw priests break dancing, rabbi's kvetching, and stand up comics eating things off the pavement to prove that you can love Jesus, Joseph, and Mary and still have fun by gosh by golly.

It sickens me to see all these new god squad channels and it never ceases to amaze me how much convincing these people have to do to themselves that they are right.

In addition to all the new religious channels the geniuses at Charter also added RFD to our line up. Never heard of RFD before? Oh shit, where have you been? Living a full life full of fun while enjoying exciting and interesting cable channels? Well then partner, sit down for a sec and let me tell you all about the RFD network. Listen close because I'm only gonna say this once: IT"S A FUCKING CHANNEL ABOUT RURAL SHIT. Did you get that? Was I too technical? They show programs about farming, riding horses, how to worm barn cats, how to artificially inseminate cattle, and how to masturbate pigs for fun and profit. Oh yeah, and they also show the televised portion of the old racist Don Imus's radio show. They used to show Green Acres on RFD but they had to cancel it because some fucking hick finally figured out the show was making fun of slack jawed yokels like himself.

Thanks a lot Charter for the new channels, and don't misunderstand me you corporate dumbasses, I mean that sarcastically. You fucking fucks better not try to raise my rates after giving us that new slate of shit. In fact, you ought to go ahead and lower my cable TV bill because now there's even more of nothing much worth watching on your cable line up. I swear if it wasn't for Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, The Daily Show, Stephen Colbert, and a few shows on BBC America, IFC, and Sundance, I'd cancel.

Ah, screw it. I've got to wrap this up now, it's almost time for Mormon Mud Wrestling.

I almost believed the hype

Against my better judgement I decided to try and save us some money by getting our phone service through Charter Cable and not through the company formerly known as Sprint. I called the Evil Ones at Charter and they said that they'd give me phone service, internet service, and digital cable for what I'm paying for internet and digital cable now. Basically that meant we'd be getting free phone service for a year. Reluctantly I agreed, although I sensed that there'd be trouble.

So this morning the guy comes to install our phone service and he asks which phone we want it on. I was somewhat taken aback by his question and I answered that I wanted it on all our phones, we've got two downstairs and two upstairs. He said that their service didn't work that way and that it ran through a modem like my internet does. He said whichever phone we wanted it on had to be near a cable outlet so that he could hook up a modem to said phone. I then informed him that if he could not give us the same service we have with the phone company then I did not want their shitty internet based phone service. He sputtered and said he would try to install a splitter that would enable us to use all our phones, then he quickly added that maybe he could do that.

The next thing I know he's rolling around on the floor and unhooking wires and cable connections and he's grunting and asking me to unplug stuff. Then he crawls under my desk, the same desk at which I am sitting and typing this now and the same desk I was at when he was working here, and he starts to unhook and re-hook up cable connections and power cords. For some unholy reason I looked down at the large cable man who was writhing under my desk and I saw, you guessed it, his hairy ass crack
He wasn't quite as fat at this dude but he was big. And his ass crack was big as well. I decided to sneak a photo of it but the picture I took came out blurry. It was all I could do to keep my morning oatmeal down when I saw his moon come out early.

In pretty short order he figured out that his splitter idea wasn't going to work and that Charter Cable could not give me what I wanted, which was the same level of phone service I was getting from Sprint. I told him to just pack up all his stuff and leave and that I had no intention of getting the shitty phone package that Charter Cable is offering. So once more he hit the deck to unplug all his wires and cables and once again I saw the his gruesome backside smile. This time I just got up and left the room.

The bottom, pun intended, line of this story is don't fall for the ads the cable companies are running. Their phone service sucks balls and it's not anything near as good as what you're getting now.

Once again you've let me down Charter Cable, is there no end to your suckiness?

A Dr. Monkey Movie Review

Last night Sparky, my friend Keith, and I went over to a local college to see this film: The local college in question is my alma mater and it makes me glad that they are hosting screenings of films like this. Also it turns out that our friends Joseph F. and his lovely wife, the smartest woman in the world, Vanessa F. are both professors at the local college in question, he teaches political science and his wife is in the science department, and both were at the screening of this film as well, so it was a double treat for us. We got to see a great documentary and we got to see and chat with our friends the MENSA power couple. But that's enough about them for a moment.
This film is about what went on at Abu Ghraib in the early part of the war. The story sticks to the facts and most of the facts brought out in the film have been ignored or glossed over by the corporate media since the story first broke. The filmmakers let the people involved with the story, hacks from the Bush junta, the soldiers who worked in that hell hole, former Iraqi prisoners, and lawyers and researchers who have worked on torture issues, speak and tell their story about what went on inside those walls. It's a brutal film with images that will shock you and that may make you sick. I found some of the photos that they used in this film to be more horrendous and obscene than things I have seen in horror and porn movies. The film is well worth your time and it will give you either more reasons to be outraged over the war or it will make you question why you supported the war in the first place, if, in fact you ever did.

In the film you find out about the stories behind photos like this:

The smiling soldiers in the photo above were part of the small group of people who were tried and convicted of crimes relating to the situation at Abu Ghraib. The man in the photo got two years in prison and the woman got three years for simply following orders. And yes, they did bad things to Iraqi detainees but let be clear about this, they were ordered to do those things by higher ups who were under pressure to get actionable intelligence. Now of course the officers over these two denied ever giving them orders to torture and degrade Iraqis but there is no way in hell, and they make this point in the film, that hicks like these would know how to come up with the sophisticated torture techniques that were used on the detainees.

This gal is in the film as well. When you first see her you think, "Boy, she's a cute little thing." But then as the story move son you think, "Damn, she helped do all that bad shit." It really strikes one how that they can turn everyday normal looking people into monsters. In the photo above she is posing with an Iraqi man they, and by they I mean our so called Military Intelligence and CIA, tortured to death. She said she was told he had a heart attack and died during questioning and at first she accepted that explanation but after awhile it dawned on her that that man was bleeding from parts of his body and had other injuries that were not consistent with a death by heart attack.

Stress positions are also brought up in the film The man in the picture above is in a stress position. In a nutshell, stress positions are a technique that torturers use to put their detainees in pain and to keep them disoriented so they will talk. Some are detainees are forced to stand and chained in uncomfortable positions, others are hung with their arms above their heads, others are submerged in water, the end result is always the same, the detainees are subjected to inhumane methods of interrogation.

Here's another stress position that our military and our CIA used on an Iraqi detainee. I for one can not imagine the horror of being stripped naked, then paraded in front of others while everyone laughed, and then have snarling dogs bark at me and nearly bite me. It would be like something out of a horror movie. And yet our military does it. And they do it nearly everyday, still. And they do it at the behest of the Chickenhawk in Chief, the man who avoided combat when he had his chance to serve his country during the other unwinnable useless war.
****
The torture techniques used at Abu Ghraib are exactly like those used by Saddam Hussien, Kim Jong Il, Mao Tse Tung, the Nazi's, and Pol Pot. In a twisted misguided effort to get terrorists, our military has become terrorists. And the worst part is, they were told to do these things by the current administration. The thugs in power decided that since the terrorists do not represent any nation in particular, that the Geneva Conventions against torture do not apply to them, they only apply to nations who have signed the Geneva Conventions. So this means our guys can use any methods they like to extract information from said terrorists. Then to cover their lilly white Jesus loving asses, they defined torture so narrowly that anything that does not fit their new definition of torture is permissible. So again, anything goes when it comes to terrorist prisoners.
****
The irony of all this is that what they did was make the world less safe for all of us. They are creating more terrorists every day they use this doctrine of torture and mayhem. If anyone who Bush and company claim is a terrorist can be put through what they put so called terrorists through, then other countries can claim the same about you and me if they label us terrorists. Also the large majority, some ninety two percent of the Iraqi detainees at Abu Ghraib were found to be innocent or not involved in any kind of terrorism, yet most all of them were put through the horrible torturous interrogations.
****
As I watched this film I was shocked, disgusted, and repulsed that my government, which by no means was an angel before Bush took it hostage, could and would do such things. I wished that Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and the rest of their murderous blood thirsty cabal would be put through what they put the innocent Iraqi's through, just so they could get a taste of what they've done to our country and our world. I also wanted to shout, "Impeach the bastards already!" as I watched this film, but decorum prevented me from doing so.

Showdown at the Cable Company

After months of bad internet service I had finally had enough. My internet was out most of the day Saturday and all day Sunday, so I took my list of the times my internet was out and I drove over to the local cable company office to ask for credit on my account.

The large woman in the little front office window told me that there was no way that I was going to get credit because I had not informed their help center of all those times my internet was out. I explained to her that I paid for 24/7 service and if my service was out then they were basically stealing my money. She told me, in essence, too fucking bad.

I demanded to see the office manager.

Twenty minutes later he came out to the front office and brought me back to talk. I asked him to look at my payment history so that he could see I paid my bill on time every month. Then I showed him my list of times that my service was out. I asked for a credit for everyday that was on that list. After a while, during which he never ever took any responsibility for his company's shittastic service, he finally agreed that he wold give me credit on my account but only if one of his minions could come out and check my connection. I agreed.

His minion arrived shortly after I got home. He switched out my modem and he checked all our cable connections inside the house. He informed me that part of the problem was that the cable in our condo was an older style cable and that probably was to blame for my "intermittent" service. He then told me that they could replace the cable with the newer upgraded version but only if I, wait for it, wait for it, IF I FUCKING PAID FOR IT! I laughed bitterly and did my best not to spit at him and then I said, "Yeah, that's never going to happen. You greedy people get enough of my money." He shrugged his shoulders and he left.

So now I'm supposed to be hap-hap-happy that my internet is fixed for now. But I know damn well that they'll be back out in a week or two and you know what? I'll keep them coming out until they actually admit it's their fault and they get it really fixed once and for all. And I'm not gonna hold my breath for that credit but if it's not on my statement next month, then I'm gonna go see that goon of an office manager again.

Now I've got to take a deep breath and try to calm down or my BP will be higher than the Bengals Browns score yesterday.

This is why I love Naomi Klein

I may have to run out and buy her new book when it hits the stores here.

I remember extolling the virtues of her last book No Logo to a young female cousin of mine. I was telling my then teenage cousin what a bad thing that corporations were branding everything in sight including her clothing and she looked at me like I had three heads. My cousin said something like, "But I like Old Navy and Gap clothes. I like people seeing that I wear those kinds of clothes," and as soon as she said that I thought, "Oh shit, we may have already lost the fight to take back our lives from the greedy corporate pigs."

But then Ms. Klein comes out with a new book and she restores my faith in people once more.

Thank you once again Canada for producing another great American.

Conversation snippets

I just got off the phone with the "customer service" people at Charter Cable. One of the women I talked to was a woman who said that she understood how frustrated I was. I told her, "Miss, you have no idea how frustrated I am."
She shot back, "Yes I do."
I said, "These outages have been going on for months, so you have no idea how frustrated I am over all this mess."
"Yes I do sir," she said.
I said, "No, you don't know how I feel."
She insisted, "Yes, I do."
"Stop contradicting me," I told her.
"I'm not."
"Yes you are!"
"No, I'm not."
I asked, "Do you know what the word contradict means?"
"Yes."
"No, I don't think you do."
"Yes I do sir."
I felt like I was trapped in this Monty Python sketch:

After she hung up on me I took many deep breaths to try to cleanse my mind and body of her corporate idiocy. I don't think it worked too well yet.

Two for Tuesday

Here's two pictures that sum up how I feel about Charter Cable's so called high spped internet service:

The high speed internet I pay on time every month for has been off and on, mostly off, all day today. I called the customer service line and I spoke to about three or four smirking assholes who seemed to think that if they say "Ok" enough that everything will be fine. I finally got one of them to give me the number for the St. Louis HQ of Charter Cable. But guess what happened when I called it, I kept getting a recorded message telling me that all of their represtatives were busy helping other customers. They must be really busy handling people like me on those phones because I've been getting that message for about an hour now.
Oh how I hate them. If that son of a bitch Neil Smith, Charter Cable CEO, were here right now I'd shove my cable modem up his ass.
On a more positive note I finally figured out how to save MP3 files to my computer, I simply click "Save" before I download them! But hang on, it gets better! I also figured out how to burn a CD on my computer! So I have been busy burning the first Green Monkey Music Project (Total Absorbtion Mix) on to some CD's. I've also been scavenging Beth and Splotchy's blogs for more MP3's to download, when my shitty internet service is on that is.
I know what you're thinking and you're right, I do lead a full life.

Charter Cable Sucks Like A Vacuum Cleaner

Since today is a day with a Y in it my internet is off and on again. It's been spotty all week but since the 15th of this month it's been off for anywhere from 1/2 hr to 9 hrs a freakin' day, every day. And of course I'll be billed for all those hours it was off. Except that I've been keeping a log of your internet outages Charter and I'm going to the local office at the end of the month and I'm giving them a copy and I'll be asking, politely of course, for credit for all the times your shitty internet service was out.

Oh, Mr. Charter Cable CEO, I'm still waiting for my written apology from you for your company's shitty service.

Thursday, August 9, 2007

Hey Charter

I know what you guys are up to. You've slowed down my internet whenever I click on my blog. Since it's my home page it's really annoying. But you know what? You know how I'm on to you? No one elses blog on Blogger.com takes so long to load so I know you guys are trying to get me back for letting people know about your shitty service. My internet from you greedy pigs has been acting up ever since I would not talk to your corporate goon Andre. I'm not backing down though, I pay on time every month and you guys screw me over every month, so until you clean up your act I'm putting this on the top of my sidebar:

Deal with it you greedy slow ass internet job outsourcing pig fucking bastards.

Dear Charter Cable,

No matter how slow you make my internets go and no matter how many times you get your thugs at corporate to call me, I fucking pay for my service on time every month and I expect to get what I paid for or you greedy pig fuckers can give me a refund.

I hate you with the same white hot intensity I hate the current adminstration in Washington DC. Unlike them however, I pay you to deliver a product so I fucking want what I pay for.

Sincerely yours,
Dr. Monkey Von Monkerstein

I still love you Sheila B but....

Since my internet has been in and out all freakin' morning I was forced to compose and send this letter to the CEO of Charter Cable:

Mr. Neil Smith
12405 Powerscourt Dr.
St. Louis, MO. 63131

Mr. Smith:
This is the second time I have been compelled to write you about the craptastic high speed internet service that your company offers and the awful quality of service I have received from most of your employees when I tried to get this problem addressed.

My internet service, which I pay on time for every month and because of that I expect to be able to use it anytime I want since I pay for 24 hour service, has been in and out all summer. Finally a few weeks ago I had had enough and I called your toll free number to report that it was out and to ask for some credit on my bill. I was told by your employees that the matter would be taken care of and that I would get a credit for three days worth of time on my bill.

However when I opened my bill yesterday I saw much to my shock and horror that I was not being given a credit, instead I was being charged an additional $88.98 on top of my usual bill! Your insanely stupid employees apparently decided that they did not like people who called them and asked that they be given bills that reflect the actual amount of usage of your shitty internet service. I can hear them cackling now, “Ha ha, we fixed that guy. How dare he have the gall to ask for credit on his bill! We’re the damn cable company and while we have the monopoly on service we’ll do what we damn well please! I’ll fix his ass, I’m not giving him credit, I’m gonna hike his bill instead!”

Unfortunately for you I did not take this laying down. I called your toll free number and I finally got a person in your call center who speaks a better brand of broken English than most of your employees, and I complained that I was being over charged. She hemmed and hawed and said she could give me a $30 credit and that was all and that if I did not pay the balance then she would see to it that my service would be cut off. I hung up on her.

Since I got no help from your people via the telephone, which by the way IS NOT on your company’s phone service plan, I drove across town to the local office. There I met a nice woman named Sheila B. She has been the ONLY person in your company that has been nice and helpful in all my dealings with you people. Oh crap, I should not have said that, now you’ll fire her and replace her with some bitchy teenager who can barely speak English. Sheila saw right away that I was being charged twice for internet service and she saw that the second charge was for your more expensive 5 meg service. She made the adjustments to my account and for a moment I was prepared to let bygones be bygones.

Until I got home that is and I found out my internet service was out yet again. And it stayed out from 1:00 PM until well after 8:00 PM. And then this morning it is out yet again.

Against my better judgment I called your toll free number again. This time I got a young man who speaks fine fluent English. Unfortunately for me though, he also had quite a chip on his shoulder and it took him all of five seconds to start blaming me for my internet outage and to give me crap.

Since your shitty company has the monopoly on the cable and high speed internet in my city you have us all by the balls. If I could switch to another company I would in a heart beat. Your employees, with the exception of Sheila B. suck. They are down right rude and they are liars who will tell you anything to get you off the phone.

I demand a written apology from you and I demand that your company fix the problems with your internet service immediately. I shall, when I can get online that is, post all my correspondence with you on my web log, http://monkeymucker.blogspot.com/ and I shall post all the times that my internet is out starting with yesterday’s outages. I’m going to keep this up until I get satisfaction.

You know Mr. Smith, what I am asking is not a revolutionary thing. In fact it’s quite common to ask that when you pay for something you actually get the thing or service you pay for. The bottom line is this Neil, I want what I pay for, and every time I do not get what I pay for I will demand a credit on my account and I will spread the word about how crappy your company is until I get satisfaction.

The ball is in your court now Mr. Smith, you can either give us consumers what we pay for or you can continue to screw us and take our money and give us shitty internet service and shitty customer service.

I await your apology and I await better internet service.

I love you (for now anyway) Sheila B.

I've written before about the craptastic high speed internet service I am saddled with. I thought that Charter Cable could not sink any lower than they had before, but today I got proved wrong. The last time my "high speed" internet was out for a long period of time I called the cable company and I asked for a credit for a couple of days for the time I was not able to get online. The guy at their call center said that he would issue me a credit for three days worth of service. His accent was tough to negotiate since English was not his first language but I know he told me I would be getting a credit.Fast forward to today. I open my cable bill expecting it to be under $100 but shock of shocks it was a whopping $184 and change. I called the cable company immediately. and I got a series of people in the credit department who accents I had a hard time understanding. Finally however I got a young lady who was able to speak decent English with barely a trace of an accent. I told her I was being over charged and that my bill was supposed to be under $100. She did some checking and finally she said that she could issue me a credit for $30 and that was all. I told her I was due more credit that that and I asked if she could be so kind as to give me the name and address of the CEO of Charter Cable. She declined and then she told me if I did not pay in full my cable and "high speed" internet would be cut off. I promptly hung up on her.

I then told my gf, who was home for lunch, that I was going across town to the local cable office to straightenout this mess. My gf knowing me like no other said, "Don't get too excited. And don't get arrested!" She knows I get a little too pissed off in situations like these.

I drove across town and as I drove I decided I would be the nicest guy possible when speaking to the office people at my local cable company. I got to see a human being right away. She was a very nice person named Sheila B.

I said Sheila B, not Sheila E. I explained my problem to Sheila and I gave her my bill. She quickly saw that I was being charged twice for "high speed" internet. She said I was not only being charged twice, the second charge was for the much more expensive 5 meg service. She issued me a credit for the second charge and then she proceeded to issue me more credit for all the trouble the Charter Cable phone people had put me through.

Sheila E, oops, Sheila B then told me that she was so sorry that I had been inconvenienced by their company personnel that she was going to give me a special rate for all my services for the next six months. I ended up owing less than $50 for this months service and for the next six months I'll play just a shade over $100 for internet and the digital cable package we currently have. I walked out a much happier guy and since I did not let it bend me out of shape I was much calmer than I would have been in the old pre heart attack days.

I decided I was still going to write to the CEO, his name is Neil Smith by the way, to tell him about the shoddy service I got over the phone and to also to tell him what a great employee and all around nice gal Sheila B had been. So I get home and I sat down at the computer and guess what? My stinking internet service was out yet again and it stayed out all afternoon until about 8 PM this evening.

I still love you for taking such good care of me Sheila B but I'm warning you honey bun, my love does not last long in the face of craptacular internet service.

However my love for Sheila E will burn bright because I dig a Latino woman who bangs the skins and sings oh so seductively.

Smartest Frog ever

Forget Kermit, he's a know nothing punk with a guy's hand up his green booty. The smartest amphibian in the world is Samurai Frog. When he's not endorsing me for President, he's writing the second best blog in the world. My thanks go out for his support and for his great writing about pop culture.

I apologize for not putting a picture of him in this post but I am writing this from my local library because the weenie ass cable company who I get my high speed cable from sucks hairy balls. My internet is out at el Casa de Monkey YET again.

Note to Charter Communications: If you want me to buy your phone service, then try keeping my internet service going. Also, how about you invent a way to give people a credit for the time when your service is off, I'm getting tired of calling you people to tell you my internet is out and asking for a credit. One more thing, unless you are trying to be ironic, those commercials that you play while people are on hold when they call for service and or a credit that tout how reliable your internet service is should be discontinued because they do nothing but make you look more like greedy idiots.
