Another Martin Luther King Jr. Day has come and gone and Glenn Beck is trying once again to claim King's mantle. But to do that is to pervert King's message. King was pro union, Beck anti union. King was pro social justice, Beck is anti social justice. King was anti war, Beck is pro war. King was for economic equality for all, Beck is for the rich ruling class. King was non violent, Beck is pro violence. It was a badge of honor among conservatives to hate King, especially after he came out against the Vietnam war, so for Beck to claim to be a conservative and to claim King's mantle is another of his delusions and a perversion of history.
Sob sister Sarah Palin, America's most wronged woman and our nation's most perpetually victimized female, once again made the Tuscon shootings all about her. She went on that Fox Noise show and she decried all her detractors. She cried that people were twisting her words in order to criticize her and to get her to sit down and shut up. She wailed that the shootings in Tuscon were the act of an insane person who was in no way influenced by political hate speech. She sobbed that those who politicized the shootings were morally despicable and then she turned around and said that the shooter was a left leaning activist. Once again Ms. Quitter perverts the truth and reality. No one wants her to shut up, in fact most of us wish she'd talk more, especially to some real news outlets like the New York Times, NBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, The Daily Show, This Week in NASCAR, anyone but those softball lobbing toast jockeys at Fox. It would be a huge win for her if she did talk to some other news outlet other than Fox because she can say what she likes then go on Fox and recant it all and claim that they perverted her words and the meaning behind them, she can be the victim yet again.
Palin and Beck, what a couple of perverted twits.

C V Day
It's here boys and girls, the day you've all dreamed about has finally arrived. That's right Christmas Victory Day is finally at hand! Billo said the war he's fought has finally been won, so it must be true, after all Billo said it!
As you can expect there was much jubilation in the streets. But oddly enough there was a bit of introspection as well. It seems that this hard fought war on Christmas left some of us in a pensive, almost brooding mood. Let's find out what real people have to say about the victory in the war on Christmas.
Gal in a Roy Lichtenstein print says: "It all happened so fast, it seems the only people who profited off the war were FOX News anchors who wrote books about it. Christmas is for everyone, why couldn't we all have made a little coin off the war on it?"
Lonely Pig Farmer guys says: "Corporate farms are killing this country and people like me. Let's start a war on them, how about that?"
1960's Finland says: "Brr, it's feckin' cold up here sandwiched between Sweden and Communist Russia. How about you let us switch places with Spain for a few months? Please? Pretty please?"
Kate Winslett says: "This picture of me looks too much like that Roy Lichtenstein print. I shouldn't be in this post."
Stogie Chomping Top Hat Guy says: "Let's fight a real war next time. I say we fight the war on stupid blowhard pundits and FOX News anchors. And CNN anchors too! And don't even get me started on the weasel Glen Beck or that twat Nancy Grace."
Women on a break from work say: "Go away. We're resting. We don't make enough to buy Christmas presents anyway, so leave us alone. Unless you're going to give us all a good "seeing to" that is. If that's the case, then you can stay. Otherwise, piss off."
Cletus and Billy Joe Bob Baker-Weinstein say: "We won the war on Christmas? No shit? Can we start the war on Kwanzaa now?"********
Thank you Billo for winning the war on Christmas for us all! Happy C V Day everybody!

A lesson in history for Glen Beck
Glen Beck had himself a nice lil' sit down interview with the President, well I say "sit down" but it was probably more like he had his nose up the Presidential ass while he asked his softball questions. What struck me as funny about this interview was that afterwards Beck says that Bush has a Lincolnesque honesty. I laughed my monkey ass off when I first read that. But then I got kind of sad because I figured that either Beck was joking again, like he did that time when he said that the fires in California were fine because they were burning down the homes of America "haters" or that he just didn't know who Abe Lincoln really was.
I'm in a charitable mood, this being the holidays and all, so I figured I'd use my blog for good this time instead of evil and I'll explain the difference between Abe Lincoln and George W. Bush to Mr. Beck and all the rest of his minions.

I'm in a charitable mood, this being the holidays and all, so I figured I'd use my blog for good this time instead of evil and I'll explain the difference between Abe Lincoln and George W. Bush to Mr. Beck and all the rest of his minions.

- Abe Lincoln gave his life for this country.
- Abe sought to keep our union together.
- Abe freed the slaves.
- Abe governed this nation in the interest of all the people not just a select few.
- Abe surrounded himself with people who disagreed with him so he could see all sides of an issue.
- Abe has two memorials to him, one in Washington DC that is a magnet for freedom loving people the world over and the other in South Dakota.

- George Bush refused to fight for his country when he had the chance to as a young man. He used his father's influence to get him into a cushy deployment with the Texas National Guard. And he didn't even finish that commitment.
- Bush took this nation to war over nothing and he used faulty intelligence to justify it.
- Bush has governed this nation with the interests of the white ruling elites in mind. He has shown himself time and time again to be on the side against the poor, the working class, and the middle class.
- Bush has placed himself above the law with his many "signing statements." In a nation that is governed by laws our President has exempted himself, wrongfully so, from many of them.
- Bush has refused to listen to voices of dissent from within his own administration, from the heartland of this country, and from the world in general. He refuses to speak in front of crowds that are not pre-screened and determined to be loyal to him.
- Bush has cut taxes for the wealthiest people in this country while rolling back services and programs that help the biggest majority.
- Through his war of terror on the people of Iraq and Afghanistan he has succeeded in creating more terrorists and causing our once staunch allies to hate and shun us.
- Bush has, through his refusal to sign the Kyoto accords and to do anything substantive about climate change, condemned millions of people to death and disease.
- Bush seeks to enslave millions of us to the multinational corporations and to the credit card companies.
- There will never be a memorial statue tribute to George W. Bush, or to his weak kneed milk toast of a father for that matter, because memorial statues are never built to commemorate colossal failures.
Mr. Beck, I hope that clears things up a bit for you on the difference between Lincoln and that thug who currently occupies the office of Commander in Chief.
