What we know and what the clueless pundits don't

The other night while eating supper, which consisted of monkey kibble and a bu-nah-nah spleet (ah Sandra Lou, you Gaulic songstress, you not only infected me with your music but your eating habits as well) we saw a pundit on the Chris Matthews Shout-A-Thon on MSNBC. This idiot was jabbering about the TB guy and how that the number one issue in the 2008 presidential campaign was going to be "keeping the homeland safe" and Chrissy agreed with him.

Needless to say we nearly spat our monkey kibble on the lovely human woman we live with. Do the inside the Beltway Bleaters really think we are that stupid? Do they really think they can tell us what the number one issue in the presidential race is? Because if they do, then they are dead ass wrong. We already know what the number one issues are ending the warwithoutendAmen and getting universal health care for all Americans. And if the multi national corporations did not own the media and lock us out of appearing on it, then we'd also bring up the issue of the huge gap between the haves and the have nots and the issue of ending corporate control over every fucking thing in this country.

The corporate owned media stooges try to fill our heads with more nonsense and try to make us forget the real issues. But they can't stop the blogosphere. They can't shut you and me up yet.
They want us to think that it's okay for our country to occupy a sovereign country and murder it's people for as long as the Idiot in Chief wants. They want to let their corporate bosses invade every single facet of our lives and to make us buy more shit we don't need. And they think that it's okay because only "the far left loons" will speak out. Well assholes, we got news for ya, the far left loons you fear so much are not the minority, we are the majority and if we ever get all of our brothers and sisters to rise up and vote, your asses will be gone.

We saw this on The Liberal Avenger and thought is was oh so appropriate for this post. As you watch it, remember that if the people in the Middle Eastern countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan had real democracy, then the oil sheiks, the right wing thugs, and the royals would be out on their asses.
