So, let me see if I understand the context of this story:
Using money earned as a religious leader to purchase illegal drugs? OK
Lying? OK
Being gay? Not OK
Am I missing something? I'm going to cheat on my taxes, steal some stuff, and take a sledgehammer to the next car that cuts me off. When the police catch up with me, I'll simply say, "But at least I'm not GAY! And they'll let me go with a warning.

Ted Haggard is a big crybaby. When Jimmy Swaggart's demons forced him to jerk off with hookers, he didn't need any lengthy "recovery program" Hell no! He had his demons cast out over the phone by Oral Roberts.
So glad to have him off my team. I can't imagine any self-respecting gay man who would do him for anything less than $1.5mil.
