It's snowing!

And wouldn't you know it, I left my camera in my truck and if I go outside now I'll wake Sparky up and she'll be pissed. So you'll have to settle for this picture I got off Google.
I'm taking some snow photos in the morning though, if it doesn't all melt off that is. Snow all night you crazy snow!

I keep thinking about many of you guys and wondering how you're feeling this morning about the white stuff. I know I would be excited if for no other reason than it's so beautiful as it falls. Yeah, if you get tons of it, it can be a pain after a while, but the it's just so pretty at first

How did it go for you? Our kiss of snow was brief, but delightful.

You've got it made down there--the joy of the snowfall, without the miserable, endless, freezing gray slushiness that drags on for weeks and weeks after...

What Bubs said... It's gray, it's nasty, it's slushy. Snow schmoe.

Snow day?

We're expecting four inches today. In November/early December people act like that's a big deal. Now they're all 'meh, let the kids go to school'.

PoP-I agree.

D Cup-We ended up with about an inch but the freezing rain and subsequent drizzle ruined most of it. Ah well, maybe next time.

Bubs-Exactly.

Fran-Stop being so jaded young lady. ;)

Jess-I know what you mean. When I lived in Michigan I was sick of winter by the time April rolled around, and luckily for me it usually ended sometime in the first few weeks of June.

Here in Minnesota, that's called "Tuesday". Temps are in the single digits with wind chill in the range of unbelievable. Behold the awesome power of Mother Nature.

It's snowing here in Wisconsin, too. Solidarity!

It's snowing right now in PA--more solidarity!

I just wish it would snow with a purpose, man--20 inches or something. I want to stay home!
