It's pretty shameful in a country where we are supposed to have freedom of religion, which means all religions, that some damn Christian thugs try to squelch a Hindu holy man from saying a prayer in the US Senate. What they want is freedom of religion all right, but only for their religion, the bastards.

Guess that's what happens when you don't have sacred cows, so to speak.
I just posted something on the same incident. Unbelievable. Sickening. Fortunately (and rather incredibly, considering its makeup) no one in the Senate joined in the protest.
