That is entirely untrue! When the president's skull case was opened, we found the cavity completely devoid of a central nervous system. It was impossible to perform a lobotomy, there was no brain to be found! There was some old confetti and dryer lint in there, though. Also parts of an old issue of Mad Magazine. The "What, Me Worry?" section I believe.
Old confetti? Dryer lint? What about the fading pieces of paper that held the secret info to the Skull and Bones Club that old Georgie could never quite completely commit to memory, so (as he was told NOT to) he wrote it down anyway.
I can't believe even a faded scrap did not still exist!
