Joe Biden is rumored to have said that Obama was totally ready to use the 14th amendment argument to raise the debt ceiling on his own with out Congressional approval. His saying something like this after the fact reminds me of the guy gets his ass kicked in a bar fight and then afterwards tells everybody, "It's a good thing that the bouncer stopped the fight when he did because I was gettin' ready to really kick some ass!"
