...screw us all. Traitor Joe is going to help the Republicans filibuster the health care reform bill. After all the shit the Blue Dog 'Democrats' put us through over this thing and now Lieberman's treachery, do you really need any more convincing that the US Senate has been bought and paid for by the multi national corporations? Almost every member of the US Senate is beholden to some corporation and they put their interests in front of ours every single time.
Shame on you Connecticut for returning that snake to the Senate. Shame on you Harry Reid for letting him keep his chairmanship and seniority on all his old committees. And shame on us for letting corporations have so much control over our politics and our lives.

For a foriegn bastard person I have always concidered myself an expert on American Politics and Government. I have followed it since Jr High when I did a huge report on Kennedy and got totally absorbed in the whole mechanism of government. So its not a lie when I say I saw this coming from a mile away. Fucknuts Droopy was due to come out of his cockroach den and do the douchiest thing he ever could. Where the hell are the death panels when you need them. Am I in crazy town? How the hell does this keep happening when you guys actually get so close to doing something right. That 'let the states opt out' idea was freakin brilliant and lit a fire under Harry Reeds ass. You got my sympathies.
I agree. They should have kicked his traitorous ass off every commitee he was on. We democrats (in congress) seem to be doing a fine job of f*cking things up for the rest of us liberals again. They should have learned one thing from the Republicans, and that's to stick together.
