This one goes out to Madam Z

Madam Z, after you watch this perhaps you'd like to rethink this post.

What's funny to me is how they won't even let Sarah Palin talk to the media, much less appear at an event on her own. I'd say that pretty sexist of them to shield her from the voters because she's an inexperienced woman.

Wow. I had my doubts about Biden, but they seem to have been borne mostly upon my unfamiliarity with him. That rebuttal was flawless, in my opinion.

I keep hearing that the election can't be won on the merits of issues alone; I fear that may be correct. However, Biden demonstrates that you can make issues part of your parry and riposte against the smear tactics and distortions. Touche!

Game ON! Palin, chosen apparently on an impulse as a distraction, is turning out to be a PR nightmare for the Repugnicants. How effective a spokesperson can she possibly be while fending off charges related to numerous baggage and unable even to present herself in front of a docile Lamestream media.

I'll see your popcorn Karen and raise you chips and salsa. The debates will make a Globetrotter's exhibition look downright competitive.

I too had my doubts about Biden, but realized he's going to be a great "bad cop" to Obama's "good cop." He's just the pit bull they needed.

Her speech at the GOP convention, that was undoubtedly written for her was a slick shallow piece of venom. It'll be interesting to see what happens as she has to think on her feet in the next couple of months.

I have a real feeling that McCain's got at least one big blustering gaffe left in him.

McCain looks untrustworthy to me.... something about him....

Man! Talk about "on fire"! (as the video is titled.) He nailed it-talk about the damn issues, not the other guys! Talk about what is important to the American people! I think Obama did quite well in picking Biden!

I read Madam Z's post, and all I can say is:
if you and the majority of Americans insist on using American Idol as a model for how to pick presidents, then you'll get what you deserve. Unfortunately, the rest of us will get what you deserve too.

Use your heads, people.

I'll watch the debates on C-Span inline, unless Monkey invites us over for TV (I'll bring the salsa).

We are same paging hard. The whole thing is sickening. They choose a V thinking all the liberal V's who were going to vote for Hill will now vote for Palin. OFFENSIVE. Now, the retardicans won't even allow her to speak.

Shame sandwich wrapped in a shameful riddle.
