The more things change, the more they stay the same

I'm still voting for John Edwards in my state primary, I could care less if he dropped out or not. If he's on the ballot, I'm voting for him.
********
If it comes down to Obama and that Wal-Mart Clinton then I'm voting for Obama. I would hope that if Obama gets the nomination he'd pick either Edwards or Gov. Sebelius to be his running mate.
********
If Mrs. Hillary Corporation gets the nomination, then I'm voting for whoever the Green Party nominee is.

I won't vote Green, because that insures the Republicans win. It's a bitch but there you are. I'm still pulling for Edwards.
Obama/Edwards in 08!!!

I'm totally bummed out. I hope he's on our PA ballot next Tuesday--I'll definitely vote for him!

I didn't even realize you had a viable green party down there. Although I guess it could be argued that the big two ensure that no other party makes any difference.

It's risky to select a former presidential wannabe as a running mate. Even though they're second on the ticket, they act like they're still running for president.

I still like Hillary, but I would have preferred Edwards. I would LOVE to see Kathleen Sebelius on the ticket, no matter who's nominated.

Thus insuring McCain gives us "Fewer Jobs, More Wars". Sure, there are lots of reasons to dislike Hillary, but now is not the time to sulk and cry in your cornflakes. It's essential to prevent four more years of Republican misrule. If the prospect of a Clinton nomination makes you mad enough to think about letting one of the Republican clown show become President (which a vote for the Green party could easily do - look at 2000 and 2004), think about the Supreme Court. Think about over 4000 pointless American deaths and over 10,000 permanently maimed for no reason. Think about war with Iran. Think about global warming. Think about the abuse of science. Think about our loss of freedoms. Think about the abuse of the Constitution. Think about women being told they have no control over their body. Think of more influence from the religious right nut-jobs.

Do the right thing. This is not the year for being an angry child and throwing tempter tantrums and doing something stupid like voting for or enabling a win by another inept Rethuglican.

You know, up until GWB I never thought there was that much difference, and would also contemplate voting for the third party candidate. Never again. I'll hold my nose and vote for Hillary if it means finally getting rid of the GOP hold on the white house.

Thanks for the comment!! However, Obama MUST win as many delegates as possible to defeat she who shall remain nameless, so PLEASE consider voting for him!! It's what Edwards would want you to do!! I'll go Green with you in November too if Obama's out :-)

I've been going back and forth for a week about whether or not to vote for (and possibly throw away a vote on) Edwards. Tell me, Monkey Man, who should get my punch?

I am with you on this one Monkey. I want to vote for edwards, but will probably settle for obama if i have to. And the whole obama/edwards ticket sounds good to me or obama/richardson would work for me.

This is what I hate about the system.

By the time it comes to my state, we're down to my last two choice Hillary and Obama.

*sigh*

The Dem gets my vote by default until we get a real electoral process. Probably won't happen until global warming really kicks into high gear and grains will only grow in Canada and they decide to invade and turn us into their giant southern landfill. Hockey on TV! Woo, ya hosers!
