Since today is a day with a Y in it my internet is off and on again. It's been spotty all week but since the 15th of this month it's been off for anywhere from 1/2 hr to 9 hrs a freakin' day, every day. And of course I'll be billed for all those hours it was off. Except that I've been keeping a log of your internet outages Charter and I'm going to the local office at the end of the month and I'm giving them a copy and I'll be asking, politely of course, for credit for all the times your shitty internet service was out.
Oh, Mr. Charter Cable CEO, I'm still waiting for my written apology from you for your company's shitty service.

I love bringing big corporations to their knees! I made Office Depot squirm last year (and got a refund) so let me know if you need anyone to join in the fun, er help with the complaints.
And slow down on the posts fer cryin out loud, or I'm going to need to take a vacation when I get back from vacation just to catch up on my reading.
The revolution will start in such a way. Obviously, sending our innocent young people off to die in a foreign country so that Dick Cheney's Halliburton can bilk us taxpayers out of reconstruction money isn't doing it, so I'm guessing it's gonna start over the small stuff.
Wait a second, Monkey... your cable sucks because it doesn't work. A vacuum cleaner sucks when it works, but what about when it doesn't work? It sucks, but in a different way. So, if a working vacuum cleaner sucks, and a non-functioning vacuum cleaner sucks because it doesn't suck, then which is suckier?
In any case, your predicament sucks, and you should switch to DSL.

Hey, at least I blow, and don't suck!
Hello. I find your blog very interesting. As far as I know Charter Cable specializes in telecommunications services. I saw the customers’ feedbacks about the company on this great site www.pissedconsumer.com. I think that a company should provide quality products if the prices are quite high. It is not an issue with Charter Cable.
