This panel came from a comic book called The Mighty Crusaders which was put out by Archie Adventure Series Comics in the early '80's. Those of you who guessed that is was a Marvel Comics publication were close. It was drawn and edited by Rich Buckler who wrote and drew many a comic book for Marvel.
