Funny...

 ...but I don't recall the NRA calling for these guys to have more guns to deal with the problems of gun violence in the ghettos in the 1960's.

In fact, I seem to recall them demanding the government take away the guns the Black Panthers used to brandish all the time. 

So I guess gun rights depend on who's guns we're talking about.
