...after reading this 1950's era brochure about the original Jersey, I'll take it over the new one any day. And best of all, there's no Snacky or Snookers or what ever that walking social disease is called there.
Having been to Jersey on far too many holidays I can honestly say that it wont have changed since that brochure was published - that's good in many ways, but not so great when you run up against the attitudes that went out of style around 1952 everywhere else in the UK...mind you I've never been to New Jersy so what do i know ?
