I SO agree with you on both the movie, and having a chivalrous crush on Hit Girl. The thing that really struck me on a second viewing was what an incredibly demanding role that is for someone her age- and I don't just mean the acrobatics and martial arts. Her character is simultaneously incredibly powerful and dangerous, but at the same time extremely vulnerable and fragile. That's gotta be a tough job for any actor, and to pull it off as a pre-teen? Enthralling!
This is a young actress whom I hope to see in many more films in the future.
I fucking loved this film. It was as if they made it just for me.

That Mintz-Plasse kid was great in that movie about the Big Brothers, but I never saw this one. I'll have to check it out.
