If Boner is correct...

...and we really are, as a country, broke, then I suggest we get the hell out of Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, Korea, Bahrain, Israel, and all those other countries. We don't need to be spending money we don't have protecting people that don't need or want us there in the first place. Oh, and we also should totally raise taxes on people making over $250,000 a year and big business. I'm fairly certain most big oil and coal companies don't pay any taxes at all so we should totally tax them.

maybe broken, but not broke as in have no money. we have plenty of money, we just keep giving it away.

They like to use the "average family" analogy. Well the average family would cut off all extravagant expenses, like war on someone across town, and would sell all the household luxuries, kinda like taxing the rich.

@Mnmom - agreed. When my "average family" is strapped for cash, we don't give what little we have away to people who don't need it.

Agreed. One day even these teabagging asshole may realize they were played so that Boner could let the Koch brothers and Monsanto, boeing, etc. steal our money and they will lash out. Maybe. If so, I hope I get to see it. Actually, I'd prefer to be spared the re-enactment of the French Revolution and watch instead as convicted criminal after convicted criminal cries and apologizes for the pain they have caused their families.

Not only don't a lot of corporations pay any taxes, they get huge rebates, millions if not billions. But the most important thing to get rid of is Earned Income Tax Credit for the working poor!!
Go figure!!
