With the collapse of the government in Lebanon, the floods in Brazil and in Australia,
the burial of the victims of the Tuscon shootings, and the departure of Cam Newton from Auburn, Sarah Palin would like you to remember that she is the one who is most affected by all of this and that she is the one who's hurting here. So, please, pay attention to her and if you're so inclined and you have a few minutes, rub one out while thinking of her. And that goes for people of all sexes, races, creeds, and colors.

I can't take more than about 3 seconds of Palin. I can't even watch Tina Fey doing Palin impressions -- that fingernails on a chalkboard voice, the faux folkiness, the unbelievable egocentricity. . . She's like the ex-prom queen who wants you to look at her high school photos when she's 90 because until the day she dies it's going to be all about her.
I'm glad she fucked up her moment big time. She has managed to piss off everyone but the wingnuts--and hey, they can have her.
