Biden keeps telling us that we have to vote Democrat because if we don't then the Republican Tea party will be worse than the Democrats ever were. Yeah. I'm sick of being characterized as outside the mainstream by the current Democrats in leadership. When you remove the labels and simply present the issues, most people track left in what they support. It's only when you ask them to identify with a label that they think they're conservative.
Hear, Hear! I am so goddamm sick of having to vote for whomever i think will screw us a little bit less. At this point, I don't know that any of the "mainsteam" Democrats are as progressive as Nixon. (Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, talking to China, etc)
