You call that justice?

The Department of Justice has decided not go prosecute disgraced politician Tom Delay, seen here getting 'jiggy wit it':
The feds made a case against Jack Abramoff and two of Delay's aides in this mess and yet they decide to drop any prosecution of Delay himself? I call 'bullshit' on this one. Just like I call 'bullshit' on the Obama Justice Department's refusal to go after Alberto Gonzalez and the rest of the Bush administration criminals, especially the war criminals Cheney, Yoo, and Feith. If they're not prosecuting out of professional courtesy, then they're barking up the wrong tree because no matter what they do, as soon as there is a Republican majority in Congress or a Republican in the White House they are going to go after all high profile Democrats, I refer you to the Clinton impeachment mess in case you've forgotten.

I'd like to remind Attorney General Holder that the law is the law and it's to be upheld no matter which member of the ruling class breaks it. It's not partisan to go after people who actually broke the law and who did so brazenly. You, the man who appointed you, and Sen. Harry Reid need to all grow a pair of balls and to stop being such namby pamby pushovers. And until you do, you're going to be forced to:

I can't believe they are letting him off the hook either.

Complete bullshit!

Holder is a disgrace. But then again, in this disgraceful administration, it's hard to standout. Gibbs, Geithner, Summers, Holder, Rahm....all early signs that Obama's one term was going to suck. And those signs did not lie.

Meanwhile, poor Don Siegelman still has to defend his honor, while Holder fell all over himself to protect Uncle Ted. Ironically, had Holder not given Stevens a "get out of jail free card," he might still be alive today.
