The feds made a case against Jack Abramoff and two of Delay's aides in this mess and yet they decide to drop any prosecution of Delay himself? I call 'bullshit' on this one. Just like I call 'bullshit' on the Obama Justice Department's refusal to go after Alberto Gonzalez and the rest of the Bush administration criminals, especially the war criminals Cheney, Yoo, and Feith. If they're not prosecuting out of professional courtesy, then they're barking up the wrong tree because no matter what they do, as soon as there is a Republican majority in Congress or a Republican in the White House they are going to go after all high profile Democrats, I refer you to the Clinton impeachment mess in case you've forgotten.I'd like to remind Attorney General Holder that the law is the law and it's to be upheld no matter which member of the ruling class breaks it. It's not partisan to go after people who actually broke the law and who did so brazenly. You, the man who appointed you, and Sen.
