Sometimes they come back

I posted this picture on my Facebook wall:
An old female acquaintance from high school then made this comment, "Obama..... One Big Ass Mistake America !!!!"

I replied to her saying, "I hope you're kidding Cathy."

She replied back, "Nope." And then for good measure she also left this comment, "Mickey Mouse should of been President". She didn't use any punctuation and she used the classic mistake 'should of' in place of the correct 'should've.' I'm guessing the fancy book learnin' rules about punctuation and contractions don't apply to teabagger conservatives like her. And I'm sure she'll whine that I'm trampling on her freedom of speech because I dropped her as a Facebook friend. However, I'll never know because I blocked her stupid ass as well.

It takes a special level of stupidity to think that the world in which McCain/Palin won the election would be a better place.

That's what those old acquaintances from high school do -- go all conservative, quote from the bible, and then inform you that they will pray for you. There's a whole gang of them friending me on facebook. Kind of scary.

Please feel free to correct my grammar.

"Should have" is good too. Also, I'm not getting the logic in that guy's sign.

Ugh... The sign is just dumb to start with, much less agreeing with it!

There are some conservative asshats on my Facebook friend list as well. (I didn't know they were really conservative until after I added them) I just changed my settings so I stopped seeing their status updates. Much better!

Teabaggers are people who were BORN with Alzheimer's.

Could be worse. The illiterate teabaggers could be relatives. That's the Hell I've found since getting involved with Facebook.

I saw the whole thing on FB and thought she had to be kidding. Clearly, she wasn't.

Now that I think about it, those old high school chums who've become very vocal wingnuts were never the best students. That book larnin' thing didn't suit them. But having Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Rush and the rest pour filth and falsehoods that cater to their mean-spiritedness and the lowest common denominator nastiness straight through their ears? Yeah, they get that.

Especially since it tells them it's okay, no it's GOOD, patriotic and American, to be a racist, selfish, cheating, craven hater. As long as they fear god and watch Fox News.
