Oh dear. Poor Frank. I hadn't heard. I can't seem to keep up with all the famous people abandoning earth these days
I went to a book reading/book signing of his. He was only supposed to sign one book, but he signed both my "Angela's Ashes" AND my "Tis."Take that, bookstore rules!He was a class act.

Rest in peace Frank. If anybody deserved some fame and fortune late in their lives, it was you sir.
Your life and life story was an inspiration to this Irish American and I'm sure to many others as well.
