My dad had an authentic pickelhaube from the late 19th century. I wore it for halloween once, but he insisted on escorting me to ensure it didn't get lost, stolen or damaged. I think it's still at my mom's house. When it comes time to divide up her stuff, I expect that the pickelhaube will be the cause of some fisticuffs.

I saw Cheap Trick on Pink Lady and Jeff, then went out and bought Dream Police. I think that was the first or second record I ever got.
