And if you guessed that that somebody was me, you'd be correct. It snowed about a quarter inch here last night. It'll probably be all melted off by 10 AM but it looked nice while it lasted.
I'm hoping we get some more measurable snow falls here this year. It used to snow four or five times a winter here but for the past 4 or 5 years it hasn't hardly snowed a bit. I like a little snow and a little cold and then by the middle of February I like it to be all gone. That's just how I rolls my peeps.

Ack! I hate snow.
We got about 1 1/2 inches out here and it's purdy! Chester is adding a little color to some of it right now!
(Dr. Z is a fuddy-duddy.)
We didn't get squat for snow in Knox. My kids agree with you that we have gotten the short end of the stick regarding snow the past 4 or 5 years.
We had fires last weekend. This weekend is shaping up to look quite nice in the high 60s.
We just got a surpise snow and it took me 1 hour 40 minutes to drive 6 miles.
Okay - beyond the slowing down of your commute, how can anyone "HATE" snow?
I love snow! ;)
Meanwhile in MN we have NO snow and I am jealous.
We're still waiting up in Boston.
I blame Dick Cheney.
We had an inch and a half or so, and I discovered that I had no snow-scraper. Shit. Used my umbrella. Oh well.
Totally snow-free here in MN right now. How odd.
Glad for you! I'd say send some our way, but I'm not sure I'd mean it. Well, maybe for a day or two it would be nice again. It's been years.
I like snow if it's the light and fluffy kind. Otherwise shoveling is a nightmare. And then once it becomes that nasty gray/black stuff it's time to just be gone. So basically I like snow for 7 seconds and on postcards.
Man, I live in the wrong part of the county!

I love "good morning!" snow!
That's a perfect snow situation--you get the beauty of the snowfall, and the initial wonder of seeing the snow on the ground, and then the snow gets the hell out of the way.
Yeah, man - that's what I like too! Don't gloat.
I'm all excited just to get that wee little 1/2 inch of snow! We really don't get it like we used to... sigh...
You should come to Ottawa if you like snow. It snows every freakin' day from sometime in November to sometime in April and never melts until spring until the snow is up to your groin. Would you enjoy snow up to your groin Dr. M?
I got excited about the title of your post until I realized you were talking about the weather.
