I welcome comments, even from people who disagree with my posts. However if you keep coming back to leave long ass comments on posts you disagree with then perhaps it's time you got your own blog. There's not need to call me "intellectually dishonest" simply because you disagree with me. In fact, when you call someone that it only shows how shallow and baseless your argument is. Also claiming that someone's book is "partisan" is pretty stupid as well because all books are partisan in that they are all colored somewhat by the person's views who wrote them.
Again, I invite anyone who disagrees with me to feel free to write about how wrong I am on your own blog. Unless you're "intellectually dishonest" that is.

Oh, I can only imagine. I particularly love people who leave judgmental comments anonymously and have no blog for me to refer to in order to see what they're all about. It's called being a chicken shit - plain and simple. I've gotten to the point that if someone's denigrating me or my readers, I immediately delete the comment. If they can't read my golden rule plainly stated at the top of the blog, it's their own fault. I'm assuming someone got snarky over Naomi's book?

I so agree with you. You make such valid points. You, intellectually dishonest?! That's disgusting and wrong on several if not all levels. You're one of the greatest bloggers out there.

Personally, I love commenters like Gater80 or whatever his name was. I'm a vegetarian, and it's nice to get a little red meat every once in a while.
