...but didn't former Republican Senator from Montana Conrad Burns, seen here enjoying his forced retirement, say during his last campaign that Bush had told him about a secret plan to end the war? I'm pretty sure he did. I'm hoping that Bush will go ahead and use the plan even though Burns isn't in the Senate anymore, but just to be on the safe side, I'm not gonna hold my breath until he does.
