A League of Mullets Movie Review

Yo, Dr. Monkey let us watch this movie last night:
And here is our review:

It's a funny mockumentary about the trials and tribulations of some novice teachers. It's a funny little film and we liked it except for the fact there there were no characters with mullets in it. Dr. Monkey said he'd bet that teachers would find it really funny.

The extras aren't much to write home about, there's a "making of" mini doc, some mock PSAs, and some other junk, it's all pretty standard.

Our verdict is: watch it, rent it, but don't buy it.

So say us! So say us all!!!!!!

I have been spreading the Chalk love for two months now. That was made in Austin at the school I did my first lesson this semester (not the one in my teach from hell rendition.) I bought the movie, but then gave it away. That's what you'd do if you bought it, after watching one other time. It's available for rent in many locales, but not all.

I got all excited 'cause I watched it open with the writers/directors on site. They are working on a tv show, which is good news for TV.

Thanks, Monkey!!!

Missy-The mullets thank you.

Bossy-Everything is better with a mullet. Please consider getting one for yourself for Christmas.

Missy-My farts kind of smell like that.

Dguz-The League is always here to help.

Kristi-Grab your camera and a boom mic and come make one!

Freida-You knew about this film and you didn't tell me? Shame on you. :)

Oops, but I did tell Mathman. I was honored to be able give my copy to him since they didn't have it there where he lives. 'Twas my Chalkly duty and a high act of love, as was your sending me your book.
