I actually love accordian music-- it's a big part of Tex-Mex, one of my favorite genres.
My father-in-law is a great accordian player. Last summer, I dragged out a concertina I'd bought at a garage sale for five bucks (it's a little mini-accordian) and I took out my guitar, and we had a family hootenanny out on the back porch last summer.
my dad inherited an accordion when his uncle died, and he set about restoring it. he now plays the accordion, tuba, alphorn, concertina, organ, piano, french horn, violin and drums. but now that accordions are so reasonably priced, perhaps i can join him and we'll have a family hootenanny as well.

So how many lessons until I'm "hep?"
My youngest will be thrilled! She'll probably put off buying a theremin now that accordions are so reasonably priced.
Evil Spock can proudly say that Evil Spock played with a theremin and an accordion this past weekend.
MWB-Umm, 50?
Bubs-I'm all about helping the youth find themselves.
Evil Spock-Is there nothing you do not do?
