There's a town down here in Fla. that has a strawberry festival each year. We went one year and stayed at the local Holiday Inn. There were all the ingredients for fresh strawberry shortcake in the lobby and you could have all you could hold compliments of the hotel. Dee-lish! See? I can prove there is a heaven, I've been there. :)

When I make mine it has 4 layers of cake, cream, and strawberries, so it must have TWO ZILLION calories. Yum, YUM!
