Why I can't fly now

If I was not on a "no fly" watch list for my anti bush jr activities before I will be after this post.
Today, Tuesday April 24th, 2007 our Idiot in Chief had the gall to say the he knew that the American people voted for change in the 2006 elections when they voted out the Rethuglicans. He went on to say that he heard us loud and clear and that as a result of his hearing our clamor for change he changed his war on Iraq policies.
Whoa. Hold on cowboy. That's right. You heard me right. Dumbass in Chief says he heard us when we voted out his cronies. He says he heard us when poll after poll shows that Americans want us the hell out of the fiasco in Iraq. He says he changed his policies in response to our cries for change.
What did he change exactly?
Not a damn thing. Instead of following the recommendations of the non partisan Iraq Study Group, he dismisses everything they have to say. Instead of using diplomacy to solve the problems in Iraq he sends his house girl Condi to go to Israel to help the Israelis get their groove back on. Instead of bringing our troops home and letting the Iraqis begin to mend their country he sends more troops in for and the troops that are there now get longer tours.
I know the Idiot in Chief doesn't read my blog but maybe there is someone close to him that does. If that is the case then maybe you will tell the Moron in Chief this: The American people voted in 2006 for a real change you dumb ass and the change we wanted was this:
1) An immediate end to our war on Iraq.
2) An immediate end to your trampling on the Constitution.
3) An immediate start to restore civil liberties for all.
4) Sane leadership in the Washington DC that represents all Americans, not just rich white people.
5) Leadership in Washington DC that will work to end the climate change that you have spent the last 6 years denying.
6) An end to selective enforcement of the laws of this country.
I know it's going to be hard to get him to understand all of that but for all our sakes, try real hard. He will wail and cry and gnash his teeth as you try to "educateify" him, but seriously, do it.
The next two years may be the hardest of all for this country with that idiot in the Oval Office. If he really thinks the change we voted for last November is what he is shoving at us, then we got a bigger idiot on our hands that we thought.
Hold on America, hold on world, just hold on a little longer. He's only got a little more time in office, unless tries to stay on after his party gets defeated in the 2008 elections.
