Hey Arlen...

It's tough being a Republican US Senator these days Arlen, I know it is. Gone are the days when you could be seen lovin' up with your President, and he is yours because he sure as hell ain't mine, and gone are the days when you stroked Bill Frist's inbred junk as you voted to screw us folks out here in the hinterlands.
So please old man, do us all a favor and stop trying to act all righteous about your boy Gonzo. Stop sitting next to Patrick Leahy and acting like you are all pissed off over your President and his Latino lap dog making a mockery of the Justice Department. You voted for Gonzo, you voted to support the idiot in the White House more often than not, and worst of all you voted to take away the basic human right of habeas corpus from detainees. Do you really think anyone is buying your "concern" for our justice system now? Puh-leeeze. Go crawl back under King George the Chickenhawk's skirts and let Leahy and Feingold and Harry Reid do their jobs. Your pissing and moaning now do not make up for all the time that you have screwed us over or for all the times you stood with Bush instead of with us, the hardworking American citizen.

As codiene cough syrup clouds my brain, I am not sure this comment is relevant, but I really love how all these republican senators think they can try to dissociate themselve from Bush now that is such a lame duck. Um no... I for one am an American Citizen with a long memory than that.

I love how the media likes to paint Specter as almost a democrat (I think Fox might have "mistakenly" labeled his as such at one point) just because he's at odds with the White House on a few things. He ain't. You don't have to be a democrat to disagree with Dubya. You just have to be breathing, really.

Green-My memory is longer than they want it to be as well.

Chris-It's crazy they make him out to be a Democrat, it's not like there hasn't ever been a Republican like him in the past, like say Christine Whitman and Nelson Rockefeller.

Evil Spock-Reach where you like, except across my plate when I'm eating that is!
