We were broke ass poor when I was a kid and we didn't go to movies, we could barely afford to pay the electricity bill to keep our black and white TV on. But I remember going to see Wilder in Willy Wonka on a school field trip. It was awesome and I love that film to this day. His turns in all those Mel Brooks movies and the ones with Richard Pryor, such great comedies.
