No matter what, on any post of a picture of a female on Facebook, some guy will always use it as an excuse to flirt or even hit on the woman in the photo.  A person could post this photo and some guy would be all, "Hey pretty lady, not feeling too good right now?  How 'bout I come by your place after you get cleaned up and let me comfort you.  Text me.  Okay?"
