I grew up in the south, and in my wet dreams, that was me with the girl. Buuuuuuuuut, she was NOT my sister...or, cousin. Just for the record.
That kind of looks like my Uncle Jimmy with his finger in his ear. He was from North Carolina and didn't care much for minorities. He would often mention that in his prayers over the Thanksgiving turkey.
Actually, I think of women in flowery dresses with parasols...
