We bought this cookbook at a used bookstore the other day: And last night I made pollo al limone (chicken with lemon) and fagiolini Sant'Anna (green beans for Saint Anne's day). Holy hell, was it ever good. Nom, nom, nom.
My aunt Jennie would bake chicken parts with just some lemon juice, sliced garlic and salt. I don't know what she did, but damn was it great. Christ, now I'm hungry. Damn you, Dr. Monkey.

My Mom who was born in Italy used to make that for us a lot when we were growing up. She also used rosemary in it. It's still one of my favorites.
