Street food

We happened upon this while on our semi nightly walk:
It's a cake someone left out on the sidewalk. A burnt cake.

Thank you. I now have MacArthur Park stuck in my head, but I am grateful for anything that might replace Midnight at the Oasis.

'Midnight at the Oasis' is one of themost underrated songs ever Blueberry. It's become a jazz vocalist standard.

You all win. I immediately thought of MacArthur Park, came here and had a great laugh. Kudos.

There seems to be a nice burn mark on the sidewalk where they first put down the scorching pan! It's just a perfect little story there - hope, hard work, human flaws, tragedy, and its own soundtrack!

It was a science experiment to see if it was INDEED hot enough in JC to bake a friggin' cake on the sidewalk.

WIN!
