Summer food

Thick sliced tomatoes topped with sea salt, balsamic vinegar, and fresh basil leaves. Yum.

I see some purple basil in there too! Do you ever add fresh mozz to that? I add the cheese plus some fresh garlic. THEN I stuff my face!!

Oh boy! We have fruit on the tomato plants, but nothing is going to ripen for at least another three weeks. That's what we get for slacking and not planting ASAP, the Monkey way.
