My father got a grant to collect postcards of beaches and beach hotels. The idea is to look at changes on the beach (erosion, construction, sand replenishment, etc) through postcards. Don't know if it was all that revealing, but it was fun to look for postcards in antique stores. Where is that Motel, Monk? Looks like a steep beach profile.

The motel is in Rehobeth Beach, Delaware Pilkey. And that's a beach I've been to. It's a beautiful place.
