I can smell the mildew from here.
Do you know *why* there is such a high number of old motels outside of Bristol on the old highway? Did there used to be a major roadside attraction there? I posit there was, and I call it the Bristol Mystery Hole.
Another winner. I love these old photos. Yes, the mildew and cigarette smell.
