Somebody should tell Goodwill about this. I was in last week and noticed panties, bras and bathing suits for sale. Used of course. Ewwwwww! Even for one dollar it's still gross!
when i worked at target i was amazed by the number of folks who wanted to return undies -- used undies. i'm also amazed at folks who buy undergarments at garage sales and thrift stores.

Dang, what am I going to do with all that underwear I was going to return?
I suggest selling it online Barb. There's a market for soiled women's underwear, or so I've heard.
Thank goodness there's finally a Federal Law! Those blasted swimwear and underwear returns were ruining this country.
