This photo of Sparky's dad's family was taken in the 1930's. It's brilliant. Her dad is the little dude in the tie and sweater on the bottom row fourth from the left. That's his sister Delores sitting on the end of that row on the right. The guy in the back row wearing the hat holding the baby is Sparky's late paternal grandfather. The baby he's holding is her late Aunt Charlotte.

Wow - Great photo!
I like back in the day, how almost all the boys have ties on for picture-taking... like it was a special event.
Very nice picture! It's great to have these old photo's isn't it?
Now.. being new to your blog .. may I ask who Sparky is? I always thought he was your cat for some reason... hmmm. :D

GREAT photo! You'll be seeing a 1950's group photo at my place soon. Time keeps on slippin, into the future.
Sparky is my significant other Laura.
Wonderful photo! It looks like something out of Carson McCullers. I especially like the crinkles and tears -- a well used photo. This is my thought: a whole universe inside each person there. Thanks for posting this.
Wow - what an awesome family heirloom! I love that photo.
Love that little boy! Where did they live?
Around Johnson City, TN.
