While going through a horrid mid '70's romance comic book yesterday for scan worthy panels, I spied these ads on the last page of the comic book:
They are your usual quasi homoerotic self improvement product and decals ads but what struck me was the one in the middle:
Holy shit, can you imagine what would have happened if all the nerds, geeks, and dorkwads like me had sent off to get birds of prey from that company? I know for sure that a bunch of jocks, bullies, and stuck up girls would have suffered from almost round the clock bird attacks. Those people had better thank their lucky stars I didn't see this ad when it first came out or I'd still be in my mountain top lair deciding who my birds should be going after next.
