Flickr management is being real dickish towards me for some reason right now so I started a new blog. It's just the scans of the various vintage stuff I scanned. I'll add new posts when I get done scanning more of the vintage stuff I've been collecting lately.
A word of warning though, some of the scans are from vintage Playboy magazines so if the sight of bare boobies and naked butts disgust you then don't go over there.

Thanks for the warning. My eyes have been spared the bare boobies and naked butts. Maybe I should do a post about vintage blue boy scenes...hmmm, maybe you just inspired me. :)
maybe all that flesh is why they are being dickish ;)
Very nice! Of course, I will read it for the blogs...
the hair and the make up flashed me right back to the 60's.
Have you had any more communication from Flickr since that post you did over there the other day?
WC-Yeah. I asked them to change my account back to 'safe' but they said they would not do it until I removed all content that I did not make myself. They said I have to remove all my scans of vintage stuff since I did not 'create' them myself. Then I told them that if they remove my account for too many vintage scans then they had to do the same thing to the Library Of Congress account because their account is nothing but scans of vintage and old timey photos. I'm awaiting their reply.
Hmph.
Liberality-I can't help it if they are prudes on Flickr. The human body is a beautiful thing and my scans of pictures from those vintage Playboys are in no way pornographic.
I have no problems with content as long as I can poach it.
Just like buying the magazines years ago - "I bought it just to read the articles!" Flckr is being a dick for sure - my money is on you!
