You really shouldn't be telling stories about learning to shoot out behind your grandfather's cottage when you're trying to make your opponent out to be an "elitist." Because the fact is most Americans don't have a cottage on a lake, they're too expensive to own and having a vacation home is a tad elitist. In fact, if you graduated from the same Ivy League college that our current President went to, you probably shouldn't be accusing anyone of being an elitist.Back in November 2006 they said that the "furor" that arose when John Kerry allegedly called the troops in Iraq "stupid" was going to kill the Democrats chances of retaking Congress. It didn't. And this tempest in a tea cup won't stop Obama from winning the nomination. What it will do is turn people from Hillary and her slash and burn tactics.
Anyone with an ounce of sense knows Obama was right in what he said.

I have to agree with you on Obama's comments--people ARE bitter! I'm bitter, you're bitter, we're all bitter, dammit, because we're getting hosed daily by the dicktater-in-chief. I think it's stupid to pretend that all us "little people" are still content in our little houses with the white picket fences.

I've been content to let this whole primary thing play out but this whole bitter thing has left me fuming. It is absolutely ridiculous that she's tried to make this into a campaign issue.
Hillary is at her most embarrassing when she tries to get all folksy and stuff. She always prefaces those lines of BS with, "You know?..."
