If you want to know kind of what I'm really like

Then look no further than Larry David's character on Curb Your Enthusiasm. Except I'm not quite as old, or Jewish, or obscenely rich, or bald. But his character pretty much is like me. When we watch it, which we do obsessively ever since we've been getting free HBO for whatever reason, and Cheryl David is suffering through another indignity brought on by her stubborn as a mule husband Sparky says, "Oh, I so know what she's going through. I totally know how she feels!" And of course I usually say back, "Well, he's right! It's not his fault people can't understand that."

Oh yeah, I kind of look like him too. Except I'm blonde, I have brown plastic rim glasses, and I have a pot belly. And Sparky kind of looks like his soon to be ex wife Laurie David. Heck, we must be the Southern working class gentile them.

This post was inspired in part by this post by my blog brother Samurai Frog.

I'm right there with you. I actually have a hard time understanding why everyone is overreacting to something he says or does.

We've been wacthig since day one and we LOVE his show and his friends. The doctor's office episodee was hilarious and so true (that was awhile ago now , maybe first season). Season finale last season was crying funny. He's just the best.
