Another day, another child murdered with a gun

This little 8 yr old girl got shot and killed by an 11 yr old boy.  He shot her because she wouldn't let him play with her puppy.  He'd been bullying her at school and in their neighborhood prior to killing her.

Maybe her murder will save others from being shot and killed by this little psychopath.

Maybe.

But I doubt it.
