- The TN state senate just approved a bill that forces all welfare recipients to get drug tested even though they are one of the groups of people who can least afford to buy drugs.

Yes, burns as bright as the sun for all to see and marvel at. Then the rest of us have to clean up the charred mess.
That kid should have gone instead as a tolerant Christian, but I guess that joke would have just flown over the heads of the administrators at his school. On second thought, tolerant Christians aren't actually fictional, just extremely rare these days.
Lindsay Lohan playing an alcoholic? Hmmm... sounds interesting.
If the kid dressed as Allah they probably would have awarded him first place. Christ, this country has its collective head up its collective ass.
