Summer time and the grillin' is easy

The other night we grilled bison burgers, herb and olive oil coated egg plant slices, and a banana pepper:It was all oh, so tasty.

Bison meat? Do you get that at a specialty butcher or the farmer's market? I see it on menus out here, but have yet to see it at the local market.

We get it at a local grocery store here in town Kirby. We tried some of the bison steaks but they weren't that great. But we love the ground bison.

Love bison burgers. And they are leaner than beef. Tastier too.
